How the Wheel Works
The wheel is drawn on a canvas element and is divided into equal sectors based on the number of names added.
When you click the "Spin the Wheel" button, a random angle is generated to rotate the wheel (with additional rotations for suspense).
Once the spin is complete, the winner is determined based on which sector the pointer indicates.
The winners' history is stored locally and displayed below.
